The National Lawyers Committee of the Council of Saudi Chambers elects Mr. Abdullah Al-Falaj as its chairman
The National Lawyers Committee of the Council of Saudi Chambers elected lawyer Mr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Falaj as its chairman, and also elected lawyer Mr. Yusuf bin Ahmed Al-khuraisi and lawyer Mr. Mohammed bin Damian Al-Anzi as vice-chairmen, for the new session of the national committees of the Council of Saudi Chambers (1435h – 1438H), during a recent meeting held at the council's headquarters in the presence of a number of The committee, where a number of issues related to the legal sector in the kingdom were discussed.
The election process was held in the presence of the assistant secretary general for legal and administrative affairs at the Council of Saudi Chambers, Dr. Saud Al-Mishari, who welcomed the participants and expressed his thanks and appreciation to the chairmanship and members of the committee at its previous session for their efforts and positive results in serving the legal sector, wishing the committee success in its new session.
Following their election, the chairman of the committee and his deputies expressed their appreciation and thanks to the members of the committee for the great confidence they have given them by choosing them to assume these positions, stressing their determination to make more efforts to improve the work of the committee and achieve more gains for the national legal sector in the Kingdom, and work to overcome the difficulties facing Justice.
The chairman of the committee, lawyer Abdullah Al-Falaj, praised the support and attention received by the national committees from the Council of Saudi Chambers, and the council's standing by them in their various activities, and harnessing its capabilities to serve its goals, pointing out that the committee will continue its efforts to meet the needs and aspirations of the national legal sector in the kingdom, especially with regard to Performing his duties before the legal and judicial authorities as a key partner in the justice system and a key assistant to achieve their goals in consolidating Justice, upgrading the legal profession and spreading legal culture among members of society, under the custodian of the Two Holy Mosques project-may God protect him – To develop the Judicial Facility and the Office of grievances.
He also noted the recent positive developments in the legal sector, represented by the decision of the Ministry of justice to grant law firms the authority to issue agencies and document sales and contracts, adding that the committee will continue its meetings with legislative, judicial and executive bodies, such as the Ministry of justice, the Ombudsman, the Supreme Council of the judiciary, the public prosecution, the Her professional goals and activating her judicial role.
It is worth mentioning that the National Lawyers Committee is one of the committees affiliated to the Council of Saudi Chambers, and aims through its various activities to support and develop the legal sector in the kingdom, upgrade its services and enhance its role in the justice system.
